Watercolor
Use the magical medium of watercolor to create both abstract and realistic images. Explore a wide range of techniques, both traditional and experimental. Learn basic color theory and composition strategies and look at contemporary watercolor art. Work from photographs, intuition and other sources of inspiration. Activities will include demonstrations, individual and group feedback, and lots of time to paint!
course is limited to 10 students, ages 15+
supplies NOT included-a list will be sent upon registration.

Private Lessons
Lessons can be arranged for individual students or small groups. Lessons will begin with an assessment of student abilities in art-making in regards to concept and technique.
Lessons will focus on skill development, conceptual depth and personal growth through the art-making process. Lessons will be adjusted according to individual student need.
Students can experiment with a variety of 2-dimensional media or focus on one. I have extensive experience in a wide-variety of media and can accommodate most requests.
Rates: $40 per hour for individual lessons
$20 per hour/per person for small groups (4-6 people) ** 2 class minimum (1 hr sessions)
*supplies are NOT provided-it is important for students to have their own supplies for home practice
*a supply list will be provided upon lesson registration
